The business employs a team of longstanding skilled transcriptionists and a co-ordinator who ensures the quality of every transcript and that each transcript adheres to the highest standard. Each new transcriptionist undergoes a rigorous training program and ongoing quality assessment.

Our client list includes national and international clients in health care, university research, public relations, media and government.

As all transcription is undertaken by Australian residents we are able to adhere to Australian privacy legislation. All transcriptionists have signed a confidentiality agreement prior to starting work, and we are also happy to sign your organisation’s confidentiality agreement.
