 $AUD2.75 including GST per recorded minute for a clear dictation or one-on-one interview so a 60 minute recording will cost you $AUD165.00 including GST (volume discounts available)
Add $AUD0.55 including GST per recorded minute for any of the following:
Conversion to digital
Poor enunciation by interviewee/eating
Microphone too far from interviewee
Proofreading
Each extra participant
Constant background noise (eg audible air-conditioning/heating, common area)
Echo (usually caused by no carpet)
Interview recorded outside (unless interviewee has personal microphone)/over the telephone
Request for a time stamp, or second listening at each inaudible point on completion of transcript and unusual style requirements
Video, unless interviewee has personal microphone
* Add $AUD1.10 including GST per recorded minute for files between one and five minutes' duration
* Add $AUD2.20 including GST per recorded minute for either of the following:
Files less than one minute's duration
Deadlines less than 24 hours
* Add $AUD3.30 including GST per recorded minute for transcription with 30 second time codes
* Add $AUD4.40 including GST per recorded minute for either of the following:
Deadlines where outside business hours work is required
Transcription with 30 second time codes via Widget for television
